Lux Salon

Will someone please answer the phone there? I have tried calling 23 times, over a span of the last three months and I always get the same voicemail. After leaving numerous messages not one has been returned. I understand COVID restrictions and limited staffing but it is just common decency as a customer driven business to return their call. Either turn the phone off or return the customer’s voicemail.nnOn a different note: The last few years my wife has seen Meghan three times for a simple cut and highlights. Meghan is a phenomenal stylist who always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The 1-star rating is not due to Meghan who deserves more than just five stars, the one star is for LUX the company.nnFor now, LUX has lost my business though Meghan if you ever do decide to leave Lux Hair Salon please make it public as my wife has already stated you have a customer for life!

First off, I used to live in California and would just get my hair done there whenever I visit, so yes...I'm pickyud83dude0a Since we've been quarantined, I haven't done anything to my hair. A coworker had refer me to Lux. I did my research and found great reviews and pictures of the results.... looks amazing! I called and made an a appt with Lejan. He asked what I wanted and asked for my current pic of my hair (box color, I do have some white hair and long) and pics of what I want done (haircut & highlights) so he can plan his day out and estimate how long it may take to prevent customers waiting or work on multiple customers at the same time.nWhen I arrived, everyone was so friendly and all the stylists looks great and professional. They checked my temperature and had me wash my hands, which I appreciated.nLejan greeted me right away and was so welcoming. Salon was clean, inviting, great vibe and saw a couple of customers left happy with their new style.nI do have A LOT of hair and Lejan took time to highlight it and style it the way I wanted it.nWhen I saw the final result, I freaken cried like a bebeud83dude2d....HAPPY tears of course! He did an AMAZING JOB! I immediately took a pic and showed it off to my husband and my mom and they loved it but most importantly...I LOVE IT! Went to work the next day and coworkers loved it as well.nSorry for the long review but they do deserve it. I cannot express enough how impress I am with this place and Lejan. THANK YOU LEJAN!

First time client of Lux and Dejan as I just relocated to San Antonio. I had a pre-appointment consult and got a balayage/ reverse balayage treatment last Saturday. The results are GORGEOUS- Dejan is amazing.nnTheir COVID precautions are top notch and I arrived double masked & felt safe & comfortable with temp checking, social distancing, staggered appointments, insane sanitizing & required hand washing & of course staff masking - it was great!!!!! ud83dudcafnnThe salon location is new & will likely continue to be personalized & glammed up as they get settled in but it is clean & fully functional for all practical purposes - & I can’t wait to see what they do to it!!nnI am so happy to have found Lux / Dejan right out of the gate and feel lucky to have discovered SA’s hottest stylists kind of by accident (or just really good karma) Either way yay me - Highly recommend - ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f

I wish I took a picture of my new haircut because I loved it! Super friendly and a very comfortable vibe.

Went in for a “color correction” my hair had a slight green tint from coloring my own hair. Went in to take the green out but wanted to keep it light. I had platinum blonde for years. She said she could take the color out, well she did because my hair was dark brown when I left this place. Completely opposite of what I wanted. She swore it was a “toner” and that it would wash out!!!nNot at all, she needs to go back to beauty school
