Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I don't get my haircut done very often only when a big event is coming up. My mom and I showed up to get haircuts after work, when we first arrived the lady and man at the desk were very nice. One of the men did my hair Ruben or Gus I don't remember which but he asked if I wanted my hair washed or sprayed and I said washed. I always get it washed because I have had bad experiences with people who don't know how to cut curly hair so I prefer for them to cut my hair when its wet and it appears straight. No issue the while he is cutting my hair. The issue came at the end I was paying. He was being passive aggressive at the fact that he had to wash my hair even though I got a large chunk of my hair cut off.He was not happy, that mad me super upset and uncomfortable, as a client its their goal to please me and have good service. My mom also ended up not getting her haircut because no one wanted to service her. She got bad vibes half way through my haircut, the man who did my hair made no indication to cut her hair and the other man who was working was taking his sweet time cutting someone else's hair, when we arrived he appeared to be done cutting his clients hair but when he saw us he took his time, my hair cut took no longer than 15 minutes so the man was clearly working slow on propose.nEven though my haircut was over fast the man who cut my hair had no problem complaining that it would have been done must faster if I didn't get my hair washed. This is a location that I have gone to since I was little but I will not be returning, the staff is rude I regret leaving a tip. I can not wait for the Vance Jackson location to be open again they are professional, kind, and always put their clients first.nI remember now why we stopped going to this location.

I don't get my hair cut as often as I should but today on a whim I decided to call in here and see if they had any appointments. They were able to get me in pretty immediately (within 15 minutes )which was awesome. My hairstylists name was Jenn and she was fantastic, she was such a nice person, she really listened to what I needed and was able to make the whole experience a really pleasant one. I'm glad I decided to make the appointment. Thank you too everyone at Olmos Fantastic Sam's and thank you Jenn for being awesome!

I have been seeing Miss Gina for 15 years now. Let me tell she is the best...everyone..I mean everyone in my family and my friends go to her. You will not be disappointed.

Great haircut. Was an easy one but went smooth. Good employees and easy conversation. Would recommend.
