Beware in any dealings associated with Mark Abee at RE/Max Preferred Realtors, San Antonio. His utter lack of responsiveness and professionalism do not uphold the NAR Code of Ethics. My wife and I Initially submitted applications with supporting documents to him for a rental property resulting in ZERO follow up or status updates. After numerous attempts in emails and phone calls from an overseas military location, we just gave up on him and successfully applied/signed a contract with another company. I don’t believe his inactions are direct reflection of this company however we will maintain copies of emails and call logs for future reference.
