Ron Tate is the classic used car sales man from the 70's. He uses bait and switch tactics to swindle your money from you anyway he can. Do not trust his man.

Ron Tate is a scammer and a cheat! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN or with By Referral Realty!! He made up phony charges and deducted from our deposit when we moved out. He charged us to have all the doors rekeyed when we gave back all of the property keys to him. He also charged us a bogus fee for breaking our lease when we paid every single month on time to the end of our lease agreement. Because we moved out early (even though he had agreed to this), for cleaning and for him to be able to show the property, he says we broke our lease! He also charged us astronomically to have the carpet cleaned when it was their faulty AC system and dirty plumbing that was the problem. He could’ve had the place recarpeting for what he charged us for cleaning AND WE ARE CLEAN FREAKS!! This man is a CROOK!! I repeat, stay far away from this man and any business with him! I would give him zero stars if I could. And notice he has no positive reviews at all!?

Ron Tate cares about his money and nothing else. He will lie, scheme, and hold you accountable for his mistakes. He cares nothing for his renters, home owners, nor his employee. A despicable company and human, the only saving grace was the office manager, Kendall.

Ron Tate is not only be worst realtor and landlord I've ever had to deal with he is a despicable human being. Amongst other things he falsified charges that we had to pay for even after we had a walk through and said the things were fine. Steer clear of this guy or you will get screwed.

This man is a liar and basically never did a walk-in through with me and now he’s charging me to paint entire inside of house and other bs charges never rent from this lying man he is a disgusting realtor and stay clear from doing business with him he will falsify charges and take your whole deposit he is Avery lazy and dishonest person
