This was our second time using John. He and his wife Irma helped us buy our home in 2019. Then in 2020 he helped us sell my mothers home. As soon as we knew her home needed to be sold I didn’t hesitate to call him. I again bugged him over and over like I did with the purchase of our home and again he did what he does best. Answered all of my questions and helped us completely with everything along the way. We felt blessed to have someone we trusted 100% to make sure the process went smoothly. John and Irma are the example every realty company should strive to be. The bar for realty for me has been set high and I can’t imagine looking anywhere else for help. Amazing people who truly care about you finding the RIGHT home, not just any home. I can simply say, they’re the best.

John and Irma are an amazing Real Estate team. We had recently built a new house and decided to list our previous residence after some discussion with them. John actually recommended that we rent out the house for long term residual income, which to me shows where his heart lies, as us renting would make him no income. My wife and I ultimately decided we did not want to deal with the possible hassles of renting and decided to have them list for us. John and Irma have a great set of resources in that they were able to give me references to trustworthy contractors to help complete some projects we wanted completed on the house before we listed it. The great thing was it was just that a resource and no pressure whatsoever to use those contractors if we had others we wished to use. John was excellent in helping to point out where the money should be spent to see the biggest return. I was a little worried how the listing would go due to the current situation of COVID-19. I know every Real Estate situation is different but amazingly for us once John and Irma made our listing live on a Friday morning we had already had 8 showings and 3 offers by the end of that first day. We set a cutoff for Sunday evening and by that time had 24 showings and 12 offers. We ended up entering contract with a buyer for $10,000 above list price. John used his experience with previous contracts to sort through the 12 offers and put them in an order that helped us make an informed decision. Like I said before, every Real Estate situation is different and things don’t always smoothly, but John and Irma is who I would want especially if things get a little bumpy!
