I am in the process of trying to buy a house from them. I had an inspection done and the only thing they are willing to fix is tightening a few screws and bolts. They need to advertise that they are selling “As Is” before you waste your time with money and inspections and stuff. Such a waste! They don’t even make sure that their contractor complete the jobs properly. Seriously, the detached gutters to fix a roof, didn’t add enough venting per square feet of attic space per code, and never reattached the gutters. Talk about half azz work. I am so disappointed...

There are few things in this world that are truly convenient and easy, and working with Amber at Offerpad was one of those rare events. Not only was she super responsive, but she was professional and easy to work with. I was always skeptical of these kinds of businesses but I have to say that Offerpad and especially Amber have changed my mind and I couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out!!!

Can't say enough good things about offerpad and their process. They are so easy to work with and pricing seems incredibly fair given the convenience. Amber was such a huge help through every step of the process she really made the whole thing come together.

The process of buying or selling a home is such a stressful ordeal, but I have to say that Offerpad made it super easy. Especially working with Amber. She walked us through every step and was really responsive when we had questions or concerns. Pricing seemed more than fair. Would absolutely work with Offerpad again.
