Unresponsive to any issues that concern the safety of their tenants. I have reached out through text,email, phone call to get issues fixed and nothing is ever done !

Overall good experience working with Lockwood. Great customer service.nnHowever, the property manager for our unit allowed his friend to use our driveway to park his car because we live right next to the St. Mary’s strip and parking is bad there. Apparently he had let him park there before without us knowing and we confronted him the second time and told him that was neither acceptable nor appropriate from the management company. We were really bothered by this experience and thought it was very unprofessional.
