It was very good working with Levi Rodgers but what really put it over the top was that when I found the piece of land that I was looking for but the price seemed out-of-bounds, he did the comps. So I submitted a bid that was at the comps and it was immediately accepted. Without research and prompting, I would've started the bidding much higher.
