Levi and his team met with me last year to help me sell my home in San Antonio, they advised me that due to the market conditions it didn't make sense to sell at that time. I am so glad that I listened to them now, as they were so honest and not just looking for a quick sale. Fast forward to this year, not only did they remember everything about our particular situation, Levi Rodgers loaned my family and I the money we needed for repairing some items in our home and getting our home ready for the market. We waited until the lease on our apartment was almost done and we told him time was not on our side and he jumped right on it. did a fantastic job finding us the home we were looking for. was also very knowledgeable when it came to the area and what we should expect. It was very good working with Levi Rodgers but what really put it over the top was that when I found the piece of land that I was looking for but the price seemed out-of-bounds, he did the comps. So I submitted a bid that was at the comps and it was immediately accepted. Without research and prompting, I would've started the bidding much higher. This effectively reduced Levi Rodgers commission but it was worth it to him to do things the right way. thanks Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group.

Levi Rodgers is fantastic. was and still is very helpful, informative and an incredibly hard worker. Levi Rodgers was always available for us to see properties in a variety of East Bay locations some far apart. Very practical about costs for renovations on properties, which helped us understand the market and what would be a good property for us.really knowledgeable about the vibe of each of the neighborhoods. very patient guy who we would highly recommend to our family, friends, and colleagues.
