David’s honest, forthright and personable nature was a welcome change compared to other agents and made the experience much easier. We benefited from sound guidance and years of real estate experience throughout the process...from the realistic market analysis and appropriate pricing , excellent staging, quality advertising and online photography, onsite availability for showings, and thorough explanation of offers to completion of the sale. Every realtor has internet and can take pictures of a house.nnWhat makes a good realtor “great” Is someone who communicates well on a regular basis, hustles, follows through, and offers proactive advice. Half Price Realty did not do any of these things. We wanted a regular update on what’s been done, being worked on and next steps and this request was repeatedly ignored. I would not recommend them or use them again.

We used David for both the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new house. I am guessing that most people searching for information on Half Priced Real Estate are curious as to how legitimate the savings are. Let me assure you that they are legit. David credited 1.5% of our new home price towards the closing costs, which was significant to cover the closing costs in their entirety with residual applied directly to the remaining principle.
