Technician was awesome. He was very quick to fix problem. We have been out of water for over a week he got us up and running in no time. Also was very knowledgeable and gave us extra advice on how to protect our pipes in the future as well as advice on a water treatment system. We will definitely use them again. They were referred to us from a friend that said they got great service as well.

Justin Adams did a great job in fixing our leak from the cold weather we had last week. He was very forthcoming in what the cost would be. I also felt confident in his explanation on all the things that can happen when we encounter this type of cold weather. Ryan & James came out to fix and replace my water heater in 2019. 2 years later Ryan fixed a leak in my Manifold that another company could not fix. He’s very professional and informative. Caliente completed an outstanding job in repairing a broken pipe due to recent hard freeze in February 2021. After fixing the pipe they completed a thorough check of inside of my residence to ensure there were no other broken pipes. Thanks to Justin and Sebastian for a professional job. Job Well Done!!
