I would give this company and their employees 10 stars if I could! My elderly Mom's house had a water leak following the big freeze of Feb 2021. I tried calling about 10 plumbers yesterday and either they didn't answer or they said they couldn't get to it for four or five more days which I fully understand with all of the water problems across San Antonio. However, Mr. Plumber Plumbing told me they could schedule it for Sunday so I took the appointment. They told me if they had any cancellations for Saturday they move up my Mom's repair. Sure enough, this morning (Saturday) at 9am, they called me and said their was a technician in her neighborhood. So, I drove over to my Mom's and met the technicians who fixed the leak. Outstanding support! I can't compliment this company as well as their employees Terri (receptionist/ helped me with the appointment), Jonathan and Chris (technicians). Everyone was polite, professional and understanding! Highly recommend them!!

I had a pipe burst sometime Friday night due to the cold snap in SA and couldn't get anything but voicemails on Saturday morning telling me it would be two weeks plus. Mr. Plumber not only had someone answering the phone, but could have someone out by Monday. They said sooner if possible (although given the situation in our city, I surely didn't expect it). I was more than surprised to have a call early Sunday afternoon that a technician was on the way.nnAdam was polite and professional. Did a great job explaining what happened, answered all my questions, helped me gain a better understanding of my home water system, stayed to check there were no other underlying issues, gave me tips on how to prevent further issues or damage to my home, AND was done in less than an hour.nnIf that wasn't enough, the price was INCREDIBLY fair. I looked up the cost of the parts used and it would have taken almost the same to do it myself.nnHighly Recommend!! Will certainly use again if the need arises.nnThank you Mr. Plumber and Adam!! Do not use! I called them to come out to a property and check on the hot water heater that wasn't producing hot water. The plumber came, said there was no power and left. I was not at the house and had to call to get this finding. They charged $130 for a service fee due to weekend call. My contractor came on Monday and showed there was power to the outlet and that the coil was out (actual problem). After a month of back and forth (all from me, no responses we given until I followed up several times) they refused to give a refund. If the power had been out I would be happy to pay the fee. I showed them a video that power was indeed going to the outlet. Didn't matter. They said it was for him to come out. In my mind, I didn't pay for anyone to just drive over and lie to me. I paid for a professional assessment of a problem. They did not provide that. Very disappointed that they would not at least provide a refund for wasting my time and giving a false problem to just get out the door quickly. Do not use!

We had a pipe bust in the evening and needed an emergency plumping service. We found Mr. Plumbing and they can within 30 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. The two guys immediately found the issue and went to work. They talked us through the entire issue and what to expect. After they finished they recommended another wonderful company to come inspect the water damage. They respected my home and property. I will use them again! We had a great experience.

This is the ONLY company I trust with my plumbing. Today Adam repaired our leak. He was professional, honest, friendly, pleasant, and fast. And the work was done for a fair price!
