Was great. Server was excellent. The host could do better. Asked for a booth and stated the server was busy so not available. That was fine. Then right after she sat two families in the area we asked for. That was not right so we asked to be moved and were rightly so. Aside from that food was good.
So overall the food was decent- our burgers and fries were good. I got spinach artichoke dip though and it was literally cold. Seemed like it was straight out of whatever prepackaged bag. My dad is also hard on hearing and our waiter didn’t really appear to have patience with it. They ask for the cook on the burger, some pink, no pink, or well done. We said medium rare, and she looked at us blankly....? She then continued to come over every 5 minutes. I understand being attentive but we are just trying to sit and enjoy a meal with one another.
What can I say that hasn't been said about this establishment. Quality food, fast service, family environment. Only located in the nicest locations. It's a little pricey but the earn $$$ with the quality, service, assortment of food. My girl got a blta and I was impressed by the croissant type bread and the combination on flavors. My burger was pretty good too. Had some character too it
John the waiter was awesome!! He made our experience this time great. Last time I brought my family here, service was the worst. But John had such a great attitude, we will come back. Food was great and fresh.
I just bought a junior cheese burger. The service was fast. I was in and out quickly. My hamburger was cooked to order perfectly. I recommend going here if you want a great hamburger at a reasonable price. And food service.
