I visited on a slow night, and the service was friendly. I believe the prices are outrageous for an atmosphere similar to a Burger King (we paid >$70 for 4 meals). The fries were the best part, and the patty lacked flavor.
Food here is always great. A lot of people complain about the price, you get what you pay for. You are paying for quality food, the same as going to a nice sit down restaurant.
The place was clean and there was tissue for hygienic acquiring of drinks. There were no Peanuts. There were also essentially no drink selections. When they called me to the counter the first/only time they did so in an irritated manner like it was their fourth time calling. The food was excellent but the overall experience was not how I remember Five Guys being.
Service was great however when we walked in it had a very weird smell that would not go away. The food is good the Cajun fries are okay but a little over seasoned. And the bacon burger had just bits and pieces of bacon for $10 just for a burger It seems a little unreasonable. Pretty pricey burger place but it's worth a visit every now and then.
The food is very good but i guess you get what you pay for because the prices was a lot to me other than that it was good
