5 stars are not enough when reviewing the amazing service Bryan Davenport provided with Rainbow International in San Antonio! He is absolutely passionate about demonstrating the best solution for the best value. Bryan answered all my questions and concerns regarding the carpet and tile clean up in such a professional and customer friendly way. He went above and beyond my expectations!nnI relocated to an office and apartment with my company and they were doing a lot of remodeling. Strong odors of paint and other scents are inevitable with such renovations but Bryan helped alleviate that for me which I am grateful. It’s nice to walk into a fresh office and apartment!!nnSo it is easy to say I am very happy with the service I received and will be recommending him!nnThe picture I am posting is a small demo Bryan showed to preview the potential my tile had if it were cleaned. Bryan did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning, grout work and ozoning of our house. Made our transition into our new home an easy n seamless process. Would def recommend and at a reasonable cost.

This experience introduced me to Bryan a conscientious, polite and professional member of their team. Bryan was tasked with cleaning, hard and soft (carpet) surfaces and some minor housekeeping request I had. Bryan was able to meet my budget requirements while still being beneficial to Rainbow and had no bearing on the high level of work performed. Bryan was able to address some high traffic areas and bring them back to life, despite my skepticism. (see photo). Bryan stayed in constant communication with me throughout this entire process.nBryan went above and beyond my expectations and did not disappoint.nI highly recommend Rainbow International without reservations.nFull Disclosure: I questioned only having only one technician to complete this full days worth of work which resulted in the work being completed in two days rather than one as agreed upon on executing the statement of work. This, however; was a very minor inconvenience and in no way changes my satisfaction or review of this company or Bryan. I understand that things happen. `
Appreciated the quick response to take care of the pet disaster that was left on the carpet and ran over by our roomba. Bryan was upfront and professional. After he finished cleaning and disinfecting, no stain was visible. Carpet looked like it was newly installed.nnIt was nice to know the other services Rainbow offers, which we took advantage while Bryan was there. Sofa also looks new.
