Lots of machines, lots of services and options. Waiting area is OK, could be a little bigger. Looked like lots of things for kids to do. Nice tables for folding. Clean and very friendly and helpful staff.nnThe place was packed on a late Sunday afternoon. It was a little tough finding a machine, but not impossible.nnI have not been to a laundromat for a long time, over 5 years. I came with a bunch of quarters. Instructions on how to pay were not correct. It said insert coins or card. I did not see anyplace to put quarters in. So I asked for help. They showed me how to buy a card. I told them I was just doing one load. They told me I should put $6 on the card. And that worked out pretty good.
Decent prices, the staff has been friendly and unobtrusive. Generally not super busy so there's somewhere to sit when you're waiting for your laundry. Theres different size washers and dryers so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg if you just have a small load. The cycles are pretty quick too so it's nice it's not an all day thing. They offer a wash service and it seems reasonably priced. They sell the detergent and everything else you'd need to do the laundry. Reloading the cards is pretty easy too, no coins involved.
Awesome service, phenomenal turn around times, where I was being quoted up to 2 day wait times with other laundry places, Rebecah tackled our large laundry loads from several men on a plant turn around there in town and had it ready for us within a couple of hours. Very awesome service, great service, made it understood that we would always receive exceptional, friendly, professional services whenever we needed. Thank you so much me and my employees are very grateful. Can't wait to come back through there again.
I requested pick up and drop off laundry service last week 1/5/21. First, I was over charged for service and wasn't even called or told why. Then, not all my clothes were delivered back to me. The next day I was visited by the owner or manager and he apologized while giving me my missing clothes. No big deal, accidents happen. I had to nit pick through what I was given from Spin. Sure enough, I have shirts, bath towels, and hand towels that are not mine that I have called about since Thursday of last week, and no one has come to pick up them up. So, if you are missing laundry I may have it here. And the extra charges, no one has called or addressed my concerns but clearly there was a mix up since I did not have the extra clothes they said I had. I was supposed to pay $70 and it ended up being over $100. Next time I will just hire a maid to come in and do laundry, I would have saved money, time, and stress. Just get and maid to so laundry,no extra charges and no lost clothes!
Hey guys! Buy their large bag, stuff it to the brim, and drop it off. When you go to pick it up, all your clothes will be clean, neatly folded and ready to put away - all for a reasonable price. Every bit as perfect as when your wife used to do it for you! Then she can just hire someone to mow the grass. HA!
