I’m so grateful for this referral from my neighborhood app! Integrity Carpet Care/Isiah was able to come out this morning on very short notice to clean my carpet. A previous company by the name of China Grove carpet cleaning stood me up. Isiah was very professional, on time and displayed EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He advised me that because Of Covid, they weren’t even open yet until this coming Monday, but he made the exception and came out to do mine this morning, which was very much Appreciated, given my previous unfortunate circumstance with that other company. I would Definitely recommend and use this company moving forward!!! My carpet looks great!!!!! Thank you again!!

Quick response time. Extremely professional, friendly, & trustworthy. Clean & prepared. Couches look great!!! Worked extra hard on some tough stains. 100% recommend them. Also, price was very affordable! Especially for the work and experience!

Isaiah from Integrity showed up to our house ready to work! We showed him our daughters car where there were very large water and drink stains on pretty much every (light tan upholstery) seats front and back. Evidently the daughter and her friends had spilled not only food but some Coke’s as well and tried to wash it out with water making it worse. Isaiah took on the challenge and pretty much said no issue and he could get everything out. He worked on the seats, carpet and floor mates for about an hour, the seats now look brand new and the car smells great!!!! I was really surprised he was able to get some of the food stains that had been baked in from the heat, out. But he did it and did an excellent job.nnHe also said they clean tiles and carpets, so we had him come in and give us an estimate on our tile and grout... he gave us an example and cleaned a small area... wow!!! I didn’t realized how dirty our grout was until he cleaned it. He then told us they will clean and seal all the grout we ask, for a pretty reasonable price!nnI highly recommend Integrity Carpet Care for not only your home but your vehicle too!!! I wish I would have taken a before and after photo, but I forgot.nnWe will definitely be calling Integrity carpet care when we need our tile & carpet cleaned!!! Great service for a GREAT price!!nnThank you Isaiah for an excellent job!!!

Isaiah arrived on time and called ahead beforehand to let me know his time of arrival. When he arrived, he explained what he would be doing and made sure to answer all my questions. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure it was done right. I am very pleased with the results and pricing. I will be using Integrity for all my carpet cleaning from now on!
