I have used Steam Master Cleaning for years. Why? They are very professional, fair in the pricing and unbelievably awesome, not to mention amazing at making dirty carpets look like new. Today was no different Raul Pena Jr came today to clean our rugs and did an outstanding job, very professional and very kind. He even moved things that I was not able to. So amazing. We had Conrad as our tech! He was very nice, and very thorough in explaining the service and treating my home (carpet). He was diligent to remove trouble spots as well as explained other services that the company offers for future reference. I am 100% happy with the results of his service, definitely recommend him!
