PuroClean was called to my house after a fire. Mr. Oliver went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information required to understand what the process would be but most importantly he made us feel like family. Mr. Oliver always followed up with updates of what was going on. The entire crew was caring, responsive, punctual and super professional. I highly recommend this company!!
My friend and I are still having work done at our house in Royal Ridge by Pure Clean. We had some major water damage due to a leak. Pure Clean responded quickly to get their workers out here. The two young men they initially sent out, Walter and Isaac, were fantastic workers. They were very polite and rarely took a break. They were pretty much on time and if they were running late, they called.nIvan, the owner, came out to check the progress of the job. He had a wonderful caring personality. He took the time to answer any questions we had about what needed to be done and made suggestions.nThe Project Manager, Fernando, came out later, and went over how they were going to repair the kitchen. He also had such a very pleasant personality and made sure to answer our questions.nnWe have been so impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.nnCheryl Harbert
