The payment section is not accessible from the website. There needs to be more pictures of the rental properties online. Other than that I love Lois Oliver. When I moved here I was given 2.5 weeks to find a place to live, pack and move. Lois Oliver helped me find a place and get approved for it in less than 48 hours. Then after that the place was ready for me to move in within a week. I would definitely recommend them!

What can I say about Christine Burgio?! She is the best Real estate lady that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! My family and I had to find a place quick because our lease is ending and she made sure to make that happen! She showed me multiple houses whenever I asked and always got the information I needed right away. Thanks to Christine, my family and I no longer have to stress about finding a home and I would give her a 10 star rating if I could! It’s very hard to find a place in Artesia but she made our dreams come true! Thank you Christine for being so down to earth, relatable and an awesome person to count on!!

Trying to get them to rent your home for you is nearly impossible. Supposedly they have a waiting list for people looking to rent houses yet 2 months of going through them to try and rent my house it still sits vacant with absolutely no communication from them as to what is going on
