I’m a big fan of this car wash I’ve been using it since it opened and the app is great too. Makes things just easier. Anyway, I had a little issue with one of my most recent washes and I had to fill out paperwork and wait for them to get back to me. The were really quick! Helpful and responsive and wanting to get the issue taken care of. I didn’t even need to call and keep checking in. They were always on top of it. Management is top notch there, if there are ever any issues I’m sure you won’t have a problem with them. I’ll continue to keep going here to clean my car. And then the free vacuums... can’t beat that.

My favorite local car wash. It's inexpensive (I always select the 4.99 but they have lots of wash options that add extra features for more money). It's fast and gets the job done well. I also like the free vacuums and the free bug wash, especially during summer time.

Edit to 5/5 stars:nAfter my last visit I decided to give the wash one more try. Whatever they did to the car wash worked. Now the wash gets my entire Explorer. I've been here twice since my first review and I'm considering getting the monthly pass. Thank you for listening to feedback..nnOriginal review:nCame here 3/2/2021 and got the $20 wash. Upon returning home I noticed that the wash missed the lower part of the trunk/back of my 2019 Ford explorer along with some of the rear sides. Won't be coming back.nnOn the plus side the vacuums are free and really strong. I also noticed employees walking around ready to help people.

After paying for CW was informed that another car in front of me had caused a breakdown. After a very professional apology mgr agreed to refund or credit for next day. Returned next day and supervisor, Carlos, took great care of me together with Val and Jacob. An unpleasant experience turned into a positive one. Will continue to return with such great service.
