If you're not looking for it, you come up on it pretty quickly. If you're coming from 1604 it's going to be on your left. Friendly and well trained staff. My wait was only about 30 minutes from pull up to drive away.
Gave this location a 4-star review previously. Paid for the deluxe car wash yesterday. Ended up with 3 big fingerprints on the inside of the rear window of my truck. So big that the fingerprints would be impossible to not notice. Also left with massive streaks on my windshield and the rear window.
It’s not the employees fault. Poor management & training. The manager is not supervising the detailing. Sales would go up if they had proper management & supervisors. I’ve come here 4 times & had to have them re vacuum & wash several times because it was not done correctly. Honestly I could manage this establishment & bring sells up over 100% & improve quality. This could be a better business with proper management & come up to 5 stars easily. Very sad,
This Wahtub location on Blanco is the best place to clean your car and live it shiny all over, inside and out.nNorm the manager is amazing, always helping customers in any need. The best place in San Antonio to get your car like brand new in and out.
Paid $135 for the interior of my daughters car to be detailed and got home to inspect it and it was cleaner at first glance at the shop but not detailed at all. I wasted the upgraded funds.
