Less and slower services for the money

I would reccomend The Wash Tub if you are looking for a relatively quick and simple wash. The customer service was great all of the staff that I interacted with were incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the wash was not worth the money that I paid. They did a decent job detailing the inside that I paid. I still had dirt on my dash board and the leather around my shifter. My windshield did not likely get washed on the inside because there is still the outline of my phone hook which was not on my window at the time. Finally, to discuss the outside. They run the cars through a machine which never gets all the dirt. I had to point out a huge dirt patch on either side of my car which they didn't even notice after it went through the machine. Also, my fenders are still full of dirt because they don't wash them out. Needless to say I was not impressed with the wash I got for the money I got but overall it was a good experience and if you have light dirt on your vehicle it would likely be a good service.

Took along time. Crowded and a couple had no masks and coughing. I went outside.

Great customer service, specially from the elderly man who is in charge of asking what service do you want. I don't remember his name. However, I was a little disappointed, I choose the ultimate package but I noticed my car was not completely clean. There were a few dead insects in the front and some missed spots inside.

Nice clean car but for 35 I was expecting my rims to be wiped down.
