Xpress Detail

I come here quite a bit to get my car washed. Seemed like nice place, until today. Got my car washed and then wiped down n tires shined. The detailer never mentioned a word about the large scratch on my driver's door until we came back to ask about it. My wife noticed it when we got home n she got out of the car. When I came back the detailer and other people tried to tell me it never happen at Expeess Detail. The detailer that wiped my car after the wash said he saw it when he was wiping my car down but never said a word till we came back to report it.
