I recently became a member. I use Josephine! She’s amazing! I’m a crossfitter and workout 5-6 days a week. My body is sore quite often. She knows exactly how much pressure to apply and really gets after my tightness. Everyone is always professional, always greeted at the door. This is a great place.

Couples massage. Two stars because the massage was good. LOSS of 3 stars because we had 15 minutes each taken away from us- an accumulative of 30 minutes. They should advertise for 45 minute massages rather than 60 minutes. We got there 25 minutes early to fill out the consultation and got it done promptly. We were still waiting in the car at the time that our appointment was supposed to start. What’s the point of a consultation on the iPad if when you get in the room and they ask you all that stuff over again to waste time? It would be more professional to actually look over that information before you start with your client, wouldn’t ya think? Would show some care. The receptionist seemed to kinda deflect my disappointment with this issue. Wouldn’t recommend unless they make this right. Won’t hold my breath.

Wow! The calming scents of Eucalyptus and Lavender were breathed through my own mask. The standard COVID-19 protocols were followed and then some. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the services were better than any other spa. I was impressed. I was happy. I had a great experience.

Best deep tissue massage I have ever had thanks to Adrian! He was amazing! I also had the best facial that made me glow with Roxanne! Definitely will be rebooking with both therapists, they know exactly what they are doing and very professional. Thank you also to the front desk worker Amy for being courteous and attentive. Overall fantastic and friendly experience.

Not the best experience. 2 stars because the therapist was a nice person. The massage did not relive any pain and it was very poor. Never had a bad experience at massage heights before.
