So I scheduled for 1:30pm Nov 25 and she told me that I wasn’t in the system even tho I had a email confirmation and the app purchase to prove it. She ended up not cutting my hair and wasting my time. she didn’t even apologize for the company’s behalf for messing up my schedule. And when I told her that I’m just ganna leave and you have a great day... she said “okay bye”. She definitely wasn’t having it.
They are great. Not too expensive which I love and they do a great job.
What's with charging $4 to sanitize which they should already be doing. They do not do anything except provide hand sanitizer. Taking advantage of this silly corona virus. It just takes away from the tip. I can sanitize my own hands. Nobody should be charging a sanitize fee. That's ridiculous.
I called to ask a question and I was greeted with sarcasm and attitude, horrible service from Sandra, please have some respect and patience
Friendly service and a great haircut. What more can you ask for!
