Virginia has been cutting my hair for over 2 1/2 years and has been consistent from the get go! Always great visiting and I always know I will be taken care of with no worries! Great facility and team at this location as well! : )

I was refused service for no valid reason. When I checked in online there was a 40 min wait. Received a text 15 min prior to the appointment and showed up before then just to be told that no service will be provided. There were two hairdressers, Chris and another lady with no customer waiting. When I politely complained, I was told that they would be closing soon and no service would be provided even if I checked in advance. I have proof with pictures that I showed up before specified time and my reservation was not honored. When I asked for their names, the manager and number of corporate office I could hear someone in the background asking if they should call de police department. Are you kidding me? I am a highly educated individual whose only demand was to receive the service I signed for. Was it my foreign accent or being Hispanic the problem? . I have left a message to corporate and will be following with the location manager first thing in the morning. This is unacceptable. What a disappointment. We used to be regulars in this location but never again. You have lost our whole family business.

I took my daughter for a haircut this past weekend and Elvira did an excellent job on cutting and layering my daughters hair. Elvira was very pleasant and she took the time to listen and communicate with my daughter. She also took the time to explain in detail how she was going to proceed with her haircut step by step. My daughter was very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely return and specifically ask for Elvira.

I had a very nice haircut by Elvira. My hair had become a tangled mess after practicing social distancing for months, and she was very professional about keeping my mask on and asking me to hold the mask in place when she did the ears.nnThe salon is keeping social distancing in mind, and check customers before they come in and ask customers to use hand sanitizer. I would come back to this salon as I have not had a bad haircut yet for a scissor cut for a man. Left feeling good about my hair and my health.
