we brought my son to this place multiple times. we were satisfied with their service before. This is the first time we had this hairstylist James take care of my son's hair. Unfortunately this became a nightmare. He obviously did not feel comfortable to cut kid's hair in the beginning, even with all the information from previous hair cutting, he kept asking my 9 year old boy what he wants the hair to be cut. after he almost finished the hair cutting within 5 minutes, I noticed my son's hair looks awful, back part is not straight, junction area between front and back are not smooth, barely cut anything in the front part. I expressed my concerns and gave some suggestions; He was very impatient and gave us bad attitude, said this is because you son's hair is like that, mentioned several times like this is his genetic, it is DNA issues and I do not know where that comes from. We felt seriously offended by his bad attitude and impatience. We had been here many times, if other hairstylists can take care of my son's hair very well, why he could not do the same thing. I understood he may not be capable to do his job, but I could not understand how could he find these ridiculous excuses to cover his mistakes. I hope the management team of GREAT CLIPS can see this review, seriously look into his quality of service. I bet we are not the first one to have this kind of bad experience with him.

Gotta admit, this place always has new faces from women telling their hardship horror stories stemming from Mexico or a border town. They are nice mannered but lack any job skill. Been here multiple times and it's sad to see someone coming in with nice hair combed nicely. They get seated, ask for a light trim to clean up. They convince them to use a #4 or such. When its obvious they dont clip their hair. They rush for clippers and the rest is history, you'll be lucky if time to time you get an individual who does care about the quality of work they leave.nWell you won't find that here.nI wouldn't be surprised if they come from a fast introduction that supplies a state license for cutting hair. Comparable to a gift found in a cracker jack box

Now that I know to check in online ahead of time great clips is a good experience. This location is especially prompt, clean, and nice. The lady that cut my hair was very kind and informative.
