Larry Sands totally misrepresented himself in the sale of a home in a HOA restrictive covenant area. Despite Sands personally knowing the restrictions because a family member previously owned this house, and after personally speaking with the Directors, he refused to share the restrictions with his client until after closing. His lack of professionalism has now caused the new homebuyer thousands of dollars extra expenses. I strongly do not recommend using this realtor because he is disrespectful, unethical, and needs to be investigated by the board of realtors. Please note he is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau either. Please consult with others in the Salado area about his reputation before considering business with this company’.
