Quick to return calls after hours for emergency and excellent friendly staff

Called early this morning to have someone come hook up a dryer and the lady on the phone said she put in an order for the work, turn around called back way later and no one had even put in the work order.. I work 3rd shift and waited all day and I'm very dissatisfied and to beat all when I called back later the lady give me an excuse and told me she didn't even know who or when I could expect anyone and all she could do is take my phone number and I could wait... Not very professional and that's not the way you should handle customer service in my opinion!!

I HAVE A FENCE COMPANY COMING TO DO SOME WORK IN MY YARD.
