The dispatchers butcher the queen's English so badly you can't understand a word they say.nIt's a miracle if the sheriff's department can even find your address.nYou need to hire people who can speak clearly and properly.nIt would make it so much easier for the officers to reach their proper destination.nIn a timely manner.

It's sad when supervisors do their best to turn things around on you and try to make it seem ALL your fault. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and haven't worked in the field in years and know when they try to blow smoke up your know what and I'm not afraid to let them know right to their face, there are a few good officers I will say, but the supervisor I had to deal with today was a freakin joe

Well I came to the review section hoping that I would be the outlier but it seems Shelby County cannot inspire respect, integrity, or intelligence within their patrol force.
