Not the friendliest staff at first desk. It was about 4 of them sitting around doing nothing as I walked in. No one greeted me and they all looked as if they didn't want to be bothered. However my reason for going was to get a police report from a recent break in and my apartments The Woods at Ridgeway. An I also request extra patrolling in the area as well. However I have not seen any police patrolling the area makes me wonder did the lady that took my address even pass the word along or put it in the system considering she only wrote it on paper and stated that she would get it put in. I also called before going in was prompted to leave a detailed message and no one never reached out. The overall staff is pretty lazy and obviously don't care about our safety.

My family member home was robbed friday the great memphis cops assumed door was left open and failed to see broken glass on the floor clearly disproving their claim. Rather than doing some investigation and checking neighbors (cameras, etc) her husband completed the search. 5 days later - today the robbers returned and finished violating their home. smh. great job and effort to the department may you and your loved ones never experience the same loss and less than mediocre effort in finding the clowns ruining the neighborhoods
