Quality Suites I-240 East-Airport

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for one night. This hotel looked like it has not had any money put into it in a long time from the outside so I was already not looking forward to the stay but was hopeful. At the front desk there is a sign that says no refunds 15 minutes after check. That should have been a warning. This was by far the worst property I have ever stayed at. The rooms are not taken care of and they do not take pride in cleanliness. I was traveling with small children and the pullout sofa was so nasty I refused to let them sleep there. The cushions were covered in gross white stains. The smoke detectors were ripped out of the ceiling and thrown in the drawer. The curtains were ripped to shreds. The smell of marijuana is through the whole property and so many other issues. If you have a reservation here do not walk run away from this property.

The hotel is very low quality so what you see is what you get. Room was not properly cleaned at check in (toilet previously used, noticeable stains throughout the entire room, dirty towels and comforter, etc). If you willing to overlook the lack of quality & cleanliness, then this might be doable for a one night stay.

Needle under the fold out couch bed right where my children were going to sleep. Hassled for an hour trying to get money back. First floor smelled like weed. Absolutely a no go

Extremely dirty from the curtains to the sheets with stains. The microwave had old crusted food inside. The head board and behind the bed was extremely filthy. The elevator had holes in the floor. I hadn’t touched anything in the room and was denied a refund. I do not feel safe in this environment. Broken glass in the parking lot. People arguing in parking lot. The WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The halls, stairs, and elevator are in poor repair. The elevator floor is bubbled and uneven. The room we stayed in seemed fairly clean, though the bathroom did not. There were hairs on the toilet, and I would not step foot in the tub.
