Quality Inn Airport I-240

Room was beautiful. However, staff was very unhelpful. I did not feel welcome and chose to go to a different hotel after 1 night. I picked this hotel for the shuttle but after calling to confirm a ride from the airport, I was told to call when I land. After i landed I was told that the shuttle stops running at 5pm even though my flight landed at 930pm. If I had known in advance I would have made alternate arrangements.

The bathtub leaked so badly. There was hair in the bed, there sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had pink sketch pen writing. I had a bad experience. We were honest enough to tell them the bathtub leaked. They told us it was an incidental and charged us 50$. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The only two issues I had were the room had a faint cigarette smell (but was a non-smoking room) & there was no hot breakfast (but I understand that given Covid safety precautions). Otherwise, the room was clean, check-in & -out were quick, & they provided bottled water & some chips (which was unexpected).

Great location great staff.... big televisions over a hundred channels don't get no better than that

The noise was not bad. The rooms were nice except seeing roaches. But the customer service representative at the front desk was very nice. Checking in and out was easy.
