Marriott Memphis East

Our stay was great! Clean Hotel, great customer service! SPARKLE at the front desk was AMAZING! Very helpful and friendly. Helped us throughout our stay! Housekeeper upon checkout was very nice so sorry I didn't get her name. Jazz at front desk was also great when we left the hotel she made it a smooth check out process. Thank yall!

Cheapest bedding I've ever slept in including motel 6. They have obviously skimpt in the most important part of a hotel room, THE BED and PILLOWS. These are not up to Marriott standards and they should be stript of the name. You would be better off sleeping on a block of cement. Oh, and don't expect to get the room type you booked, your reservation means nothing to them and you should be grateful they let you in the door... Stay at an hourly motel, you will be more comfortable.

Home suite Hotel. My home away from home. And the food is great too!

The worst hotel experience I have had in the past 5+ years of frequent travel. Was told I would be refunded a night of my stay due to needing to request a room change at 11pm due to noise, was also told numerous times a manager would contact me about issues with my entire stay - neither of which has happened. Yes this is a Marriott property, no it is not worth the money or hassle to stay here.

Very clean , friendly staff , awesome shower , I will definitely stay here next time in town
