Rebecca at the front desk is rude as hell. This hotel has always be super weird. I’m a delivery driver and I used to drive at the store that delivers to the hotel and every single time I came in they had me call the customer to come to to where I just decided to do it in my car. They claim that when I’m going up to the rooms it’s considered solicitation. Solicitation is if I was going to every room trying to sell pizza. I’m going to your hotel because someone ordered. So anyways fast forward to today. I do what I always do when I go to the hotel. I call and she never answered. I left text. Never answered. And so I texted her I would have to leave if I didn’t hear from her. And then I do so about 5 minutes later and she’s just completely rude, she says the delivery instructions say to come to the office. Nowhere did it say that. Completely rude staff.

Flooring peeling up, tons of hair visible in the sink because there's no drain cover, and to top it off, there's a used bandaid half-pasted on the tub faucet. No way management and cleaning service accidentally overlooks these issues. If this matches your idea of cleanliness, reserve now.

Man at the front desk was very nice and welcoming upon arrival. Room was updated and clean. The same man was also cleaning the lot upon checkout, took pride in property. Will definitely come back when in the area.

I was originally suppose to be at the East Memphis location but I ended up at this location. When I first got here I didnt think it was going to be a good experience but the staff here has been great and they are making improvements but what establishment doesnt need improvements. Overall people that stay talk bad about it but usually those are only the people who not paying their money or causing problems. I can say that Ruthie, Saunda, and Rebecca has been great at making sure everyone is well taken care of.
