Baymont by Wyndham Memphis East

Staff was very nice. A little older of a hotel. Beds could use some updating. Easy access to the interstate. Gives you everything you need for a economical priced stay.

It was fine. The fan in the bathroom was super noisy. There was a lot of noise fr other rooms and outside. Plenty of good eating places close by. Easy to access from Interstate

Basic economy Hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Still no breakfast due to covid-19. This will probably be my go-to hotel in Memphis for the future.

Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was easy. We had 2 rooms and stayed on a Saturday night, they were clean and quiet. The security gate was nice too. It's not an upscale place and the area of town is a little run down but we felt safe and were able to get a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The hotel was in a good location, had a secured parking lot and a Covid style breakfast package. The main issue is the interior itself. As soon as you walk in your greeted with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and mildew. The check in process was simple but I found it unnecessary to charge again as I already had a pending payment for the hotel. The room was a room definitely not the best but it’ll do for one time to pass through. My room smelled the same as the lobby, it was poorly illuminated so it automatically got a creepy vibe from me. Additionally, the wall AC control unit didn’t work so the ac would run at random times. Now the bathroom situation, the roof vent was extremely noisy, I ended up not using the shower as the showerhead seemed very dirty. And finally, the bathroom door never actually stayed shut.
