This Court is not suppose to have and dealings with child support federal mandate but this Court still acts as if it has authority over child support still collecting payments and not paying the State . You have title lV D attorneys acting as Magistrate judges, with judicial authority James Franklin Jr, violating rights.. This is a Jim Crow Court you will not see any White people in this Court house..The Clerk have not been at work since June 2019..This place should be shut down..

Clerk Fullilove and her staff should be commended for the grace they show in dealing with citizens that are in extremely emotional situations. Hopefully, individuals that request their help will remember to be kind because the employees have one of the most stressful jobs in Shelby County.

Worse justice system of all time. They don't even do nothing for you. They gave my son to a man who's known for drugs and violence. And even when he doesn't fallow courts orders they do nothing to enforce Them. They just take your money and do nothing at all. What will it take to get my son back? Why was he even taken? Marlon Williams I have been to this place attempted pro se resolution, to resolve a child support issue for payment of support filed by divorced wife in 1995. She and children lived and supported by for 4 years in same house. In 2000 I had supported her by VA apportionment until legal age (@ $425 monthly) to legal she was over paid $8,000 I paid back to VA. I was denied legal opportunity to file for a court clerks office and laugh at by legal assistant for support cases. All dads aren't dead beats. I was denied legal rights

Worst juvenile court system ever when it comes to child support.I think the judges on the dead beat parent side.... suggestion: I think they should have a plantation for the deadbeat parent and send the money they make to the kids
