Very helpful just hard getting someone on the phone

I wish people would get jobs they like or just don't come to work

Front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude !! I tried calling customer service number for a whole week number was not working on the customer service number it states WALKS INS are welcome explained I tried calling front desk lady said that is old and they could not see me told her they need to change that then she was very rude and said that was not her problem security ended up walking behind me and walked me out ! Keep in mind when i walked in at first she was just staring at paperwork and took her 5 mins to say anything to be and in a rude way asked how can I help you. Was on the line with customer service for 20 minutes asked to be seen at a different location but was told since I started at this location I need to stay there . Follow up on Oct 6th I am going to make sure I speak to a manager!

If I could I would give them a 0! Customer service from the front end is unprofessional and ugly! They talk to you like you're nothing or doodoo under their shoe! VERY VERY RUDE!

Staff is always rude to me. I came in for a voucher pick up only and tried explaining to them what i was told whem i came earlier in the month and they didnt even wanna listen. If i had a wic office closer to where i lived i wouldnt be going to this one
