Having just moved from North Carolina to Wisconsin I realized quickly there were so many differences in the make up of homes from one area to the other. Mark was patient with me and answered every question I had throughout the inspection process to help me understand. He was diligent and extremely detailed in his report and provided recommendations for suggested fixes along with routine maintenance tips. I’m thoroughly pleased with his professionalism and vast expertise in home inspections. I highly recommend his services!

Mark did a great job of walking me through the home I was looking to buy and explaining everything in detail, making sure to answer any questions that I had. He was very personable and professional. I felt confident that all bases were covered so that I could make informed decisions about my future home.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to my emails and arrived early to our meeting. He explained each step of the process to us and even gave suggestions for how to remedy any problems he had found. Overall, I began the day nervous about our first home inspection, but Mark helped to ease those nerves and even made the experience quite enjoyable.

People rarely read long Google reviews, so I'll keep it short and simple: use Mark and Details Home Inspection when getting your house inspected!! Polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable, former Military (definitely a plus for this former Military family!), and efficient. Always accessible through phone, text, or email. Wonderful experience. Definitely call Mark!!
