I'm disabled and the toilet wasn't installed correctly. Made second call to correct situation. I love the timely response from my call. Dispatch did a great job. Not wanting the same plumber they sent Zach and he was very professional, well trained and extremely polite. He had a great attitude and enjoyed his friendly working relationship. He came check out our problem/s and gave us a diagnoses and subsequently made the upgrades and repairs. He was very clean, professional, positive attitude, with exceptionally knowledgeable on plumbingnI will recommend Hiller and the Hiller monthly plan to my friends and family and look forward having the Happy Hiller team provide my family with plumbing and future services. Technician Bjorn is a Master Plumber deserving of the title. Even though this was an old unit, he had on hand all the necessary parts to change out the old corroded fittings. He is a very professional, top notch worker. I would recommend him highly.
Zak did a fantastic job. He explained everything as he was working and also showed me some possible problems with the whole house plumbing. He then called for an advisor to come and let me know the cost of whole house plumbing replacement. The advisor showed up while he was still here and I was very impressed. Techs arrived on time and were very professional. They explained the pricing after I had chosen my faucet. Also the did not pressure me to accept the faucets they had on the truck, if I was not happy with their selection. They were quick and thorough. Cleaning up their work area before they left. I was very pleased with the experience and will use Hiller again.
My furnace went out just as a cold front and ice storm hit. The Hiller team got us back up and our house warm. Every member of the team we worked with was professional and courteous. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends and family.
