Action Masters Septic Tank

Called to make an appointment for Wednesday, after being asked by the owner to call back the day prior to the day that we'd like the appointment to get it scheduled. When I did, owner was confused and crotchety, forgetting what he had quoted me for price. On day of, I called back to reschedule since it was raining and given a date 2 days away. Called that day to confirm time and informed that they weren't working that week. Good thing I had called, else I would have been waiting for scheduled service that would never happen. Unprofessional and discourteous. And since they only accept cash, not accommodating to the customer. Off to call a more reliable and customer friendly service.
