My package was running late and a man named barry went above and beyond to help me get my package. I cant thank them enough.. Best post office in the world.lol
Constantly use my driveway to turn aroundnUsed it today and STILL took my package to the post office.
I was told a package that was not delivered to me because I have a forward to my POBox was thrown in the trash by the Supervisor in front of the two clerks and customers and was not returned to the company.
The staff here are extremely rude. They are not helpful at all and you can tell they dont care. I sent a letter in the mail without a stamp or return address on accident and I called to let them know so they could look out for it and they said they would check the mail when the mail carrier got there. They took my name and number supposedly and said they'd call back but never did. I had to call and check on it for the next 2 days only to be told they didnt find it? It was in a hot pink envelope if you went through all that mail you would've found it. I'm guessing someone stole my mail and this isnt the first time my stuff has been stolen. And they also put my packages in other people's boxes. They literally cant ever get anything right. If I could give -5 stars I would.
