Love it. Very nice people. Treats me like family. They want what's best for the City and for there employees. I think God is shining down on this small town. May God help us to do what's best and make the right decisions of the City of Niota.

Niota water works charged me a $200 non refundable deposit to switch all ready connected service into my name. When I asked what exactly the fee was for the woman running the counter would only say “it’s been this way for three years” which of course did not answer my question. She then proceeded not only have a rude attitude, but attempted to insist on me signing paperwork before reading it. Frankly I would rather dig a well then deal with this company.
