This facility will go above and beyond to make things difficult for anyone trying to help their loved ones who are incarcerated. The employees at the jail are worse than no help. They actually enjoy being sarcastic and dismissive of you when you inquire about or try to help an inmate. By far the most arrogant and inhumane people I have ever had to deal with. They are far worse than US customs agents at the Mexico border. I totally recommend that voters of Lauderdale County Tennessee reject the sheriff's bid for reelection. This department needs a leader that will not only uphold the law but put family involvement with inmates a little easier. Without family support (which they despise) inmates grow hardened. This is not a facility in would say one good word about.
