Selling my home was an extremely emotional and difficult process that would not have been possible without my realtor, Nico Roensch. Saying that Nico is excellent would be an understatement. He was available at all times and worked diligently to ensure my house was constantly shown. When we started negotiating offers, Nico skillfully and vigorously advocated for my best interests. In the end, he closed a deal that would have fallen through with a less capable realtor. I cannot recommend Nico highly enough. Rieckmann Real Estate is lucky to have such an excellent agent. I would happily refer him to anyone who asked. Thank you for everything and the next time I need a realtor, I know who to call.

From start to finish, Nico was an amazing agent to work with. His knowledgeable approach and upbeat personality took the stress out of home-buying. He made the entire process work smoothly, which was a relief for someone moving from another state. I was also impressed by his team skills and coordinating efforts from his terrific assistant. Altogether, I would not hesitate to refer others to Nico and his team. Thank you for bringing me and my wonderful new home together!

Nico is an excellent agent. We certainly had our downs with the home buying process in a seller’s market and trying to work around COVID-19, yet he made the experience manageable. With Nico, we put offers on 7 homes and were under contract 4 times. Most agents would have been done with us. However, he saw and fully understood we were serious buyers and persevered. What I appreciate most about Nico is that despite all the time and effort he put into submitting our offers and speaking to and negotiating with the seller’s agents, we never felt as though he pushed us into a sale about which we did not feel comfortable. We truly thank Nico for our home buying experience.

With a growing family, we needed a bigger house. Nico sold our home in Neenah much quicker than expected. Over asking price in 24 hours! We needed to find something to buy fast. He found us our forever home and lined up closings so that moving was as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend working with him!
