My problem is a package I am waiting for has been stuck in Humbolt Tn. They have lost 3 other packages in that facility this year. WHY.. do thieves work there?

They have put my mail “on the wrong truck” twice now and instead of going back out, staying out a little late to finish their job, they stay at the office and not deliver important things that I needed that day. I’ve had to go get my mail from their office twice and they’ve given me the same excuse each time.

Mail delivered soak and wet. My mailbox doesn't leak. Tried their phone number but it doesn't work.

Don’t trust their priority mail!!!

This post office is one of the best I have ever been in . There friendly an very nice people there .
