Comfort Inn Jackson I-40

I was staying the night (which turned into 2) because my truck was in the Kenworth shop getting repairs and my company sent me here. The woman behind the counter for the evening was an amazing help, and despite my company having a few issues setting up my room she never stopped being pleasant and helpful towards me, which I appreciated because it had been a long day and I was exhausted. I am horrible with names, but she made such a great impression and I don't think I'll forget her because of her actions.

Great location off I-40. Very clean and quiet, Breakfast was great, nice selection. Rooms were very clean which is a relief considering the pandemic. Desk clerks were great. And I love it Denny’s is right there within walking distance!! Will definitely be back.

This is the perfect place for a stay over. It has wonderful staff. Beds are comfortable. The room was very clean, no dust, no bad smell, just freshness. The bathroom set up was the best I’ve ever seen. Came with a refrigerator and microwave. The WiFi was great. We ended up staying 2 days instead of 1. This is a great place. And it’s so quiet and peaceful here. I loved it!!

Wifi was great and I was able to get a lot of work done. Desk clerks are great and very helpful. Quick and easy check in and check out. Beds are very nice.

We didn't have breakfast and stuff wasn't that friendly. They were going to charge me a fee for having two people in a two bedroom room.
