Tried to use their service based on a friend's referral but did not return 3 calls over 48 hours.

Noticed my water heater was leaking so called office number. The crew was finishing up a job in West Knoxville. I messaged a couple of photos to them and they picked up the supplies that they needed on their way home. They swung by my house and replaced it for me. Friendly and knowledgeable local business.

I contacted Haggard Plumbing about 7:40am and the team arrived at my house for service about 8:30am.nI walked them through the problem I was having, and after assessing the issue, the team was able to remove the mirror from my bathroom wall, find the leaking pipe and complete the repair. The team was very professional, neat and orderly. Thank you for your service, I will gladly refer you to friends.

Great service, friendly personality. Explained issue cause and resolution, as well as provided useful insights with a great rapport. Felt like an old friend. Highly recommend.

Udpate: His first time out he was amazing and fixed the part we need but was supposed to come back and fill in the whole. But we have called several times since to try and get the job finished and keep getting pushed back and told they would call back the next week. We never did hear back from them. Very disappointed with end service.
