Terrible has changed hands only does himing no actual alterations

I took my white dress shirts there to be dry cleaned. They had my 12 shirts three times over three weeks and can't get the collars cleaned. I just picked them up and they were in the same plastic as before. I know because I ripped the plastic. So disappointed. Very frustrated. Unfortunately I live around the corner and now have to take my weekly dry cleaning to Knoxville. At least they will be cleaned! Concord, It must feel good knowing your the only game in town.
