Jefferson City Coin Laundry

DISGUSTED!! On Jan 7, I used my debit card to pay for 4 of the washers that say they cost 3.50$ ea (totaling 14$ for the 4 loads).. THEY CHARGED me $15 for EACH washer!! A total of $60 was charged to my card & over drafted my acct costing me a total of $170... I CALLED the phone # posted inside as the business # numerous times that evening while still at the laundromat -NOONE ANSWERED.. I called the next day & again NOONE ANSWERED etc.. Over a month later I have yet to speak to anyone abt the discrepancy & have NOT GOTTEN ANY OF MY $$ BACK......... If anyone knows whom I may contact regarding this issue pls help!!

Best place I have found around here for doing laundry. Staff is friendly. Seem genuinely glad to see you. Willing to go the extra mile to provide great customer service

Great place to do laundry. My clothes are nice and clean. There is always someone there. It is clean. I like that. And people are nice. I have been to 3 or 4 laundromat in the area in the last several months and this by far the best.

I'm only rating it so high because at the end of the day it's a laundromat and you can't control what others bring in, that said... If you're charging $8 for a load of laundry you shouldn't have water damage and roaches. I'm itching after being there and feel things crawling on me. I don't recommend this place.
